Output of build_samples.py to give a reference set of messages.  For
each message, it provides a text description, geojson output (not yet
correct), BBM that can be sent to a transceiver (e.g. a basestation or
ATON device), VDM as it would be returned by a receiver, and the raw
bits for the VDM.
