DESCRIPTION

       usage: offset.py [options]

   options:
       --version
              show program's version number and exit

       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit

       -i INFILE, --input=INFILE
              Input file.  Must be white space separated columns

       -o OUTFILE, --output=OUTFILE
              Write results to this file

       -p POSITION, --position=POSITION
              Shift the position of a value to a different row [default: 0]

       -V VALUE, --value=VALUE
              Shift the value of each cell [default: 0.0]

       -v, --verbose
              how  much  information  to  give.   Specify  multiple  times  to
              increase verbosity

       --verbosity=VERBOSITY
              Specify verbosity.  Should be in the range of 0...4 (None...Bom-
              bastic)

       --noisy
              Go for the max verbosity [8]
